這個工具可以讓使用者把Windows 7的ISO檔，透過這個工具將映像檔建立在USB 隨身碟上，這個對那種小筆電超好用的，因為不用多花錢去買一台DVDRW。
使用方法：
1. 先去下載Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool並進行安裝。
2. Welcome to the Windows USB/DVD Download Tool Setup Wizard > NEXT
3. End-User License Agreement > Click "I accept the terms in the License Agreement" > NEXT
4. Ready to install Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool > NEXT
5. Completed the Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool Setup Wizard > Finsh
6. 安裝完成後，執行Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool
7. Choose ISO file，選擇Windows 7 ISO映像檔位置 > NEXT
8. Choose media type，選擇USB device或者DVD
9. Insert USB Device，選擇USB裝置並按下Begin copying
10. Bootable USB device created successfully
這樣可以使用這個USB隨身碟來安裝Windows 7作業系統！
